 Chad Ham manages the Metairie and Kenner offices of Stewart Title, supervising residential and commercial real estate closings. Chad specializes in residential real estate transactions as well as bankruptcy, personal injury and corporate law. Chad received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to joining Stewart Title of Louisiana, Chad had his own practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Chad is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is a founding member of the Lewis Humphrey’s Food for Friends and a member of the Board of Directors for the Centre City Redevelopment District.
