Joyce is a real estate paralegal specialist. She began her career in real estate with a law firm in Little Rock, Arkansas preparing title opinions and reviewing abstracts with her employer. She continued her career with various law firms and title companies and for the past 20 years has specialized in the preparation of real estate closing and clearing of examination of title in the capacity of Notarial Assistant. Joyce has become very proficient with the preparation of foreclosure proceedings, both in Federal and State Courts.

She has managed and supervised the activities of employees for all phases of law office practice and real estate closing. Joyce joined Stewart Tittle of Louisiana, Inc. in March 1992 and has assisted in all aspects of the real estate and foreclosure departments united with the support of its affiliate, Smith Martin.
