Staci Rosenberg is a corporate attorney with experience in business transactions and real estate matters.

She received her undergraduate degree in English from Newcomb College. In 1984, Staci received both a J.D. and M.B.A. from Tulane University. During college and law school, Staci studied in both France and Italy. After graduating, she spent several years working for a real estate developer, gaining experience in construction law and financing, with an emphasis on historic properties.

Since entering the firm, Staci has specialized in gaming law, including regulatory matters and transactional work. She offers experience in various aspects of construction and real estate law, as well as administrative proceedings. In addition, Staci has drafted legislation and lobbied the New Orleans City Council and the State Legislature on various issues. Staci also serves as City Notary for the City of New Orleans.

In 1994, Staci chaired Mayor Marc Morial's Transition Advisory Committee on Gaming. In 1988, she served as an advisor to Governor Roemer as his liaison with the Governor's Advisory Committee on Tort, Workers' Compensation and Insurance Reform. Staci remains active in a number of organizations including: Alliance for Affordable Energy (Advisory Board), Jewish Federation of Greater New Orleans (Community Relations Committee), Louisiana Voter Registration/Education Crusade (Board Member), and devotes time to many other civic and political organizations.

She is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association (Former Chairman, Litigation Committee), Louisiana State Bar Association (sections on Civil Law and Litigation; Corporate and Business Law; and Consumer Protection, Lender Liability and Bankruptcy) and the National Council of Jewish Women.
